It can be petrifying to find yourself in a situation where you need to protect yourself but you don't know what to do. It's valuable to take time in a safe environment to make sure your body and mind know your options if a dangerous situation were to occur.
Learn how to protect yourself, de-escalate threatening scenarios and respond in a dangerous situation. Ariel Gliboff, the creator of The Emotional Abuse Discussion, will be teaching this trauma-informed self defense class at Redmond's inclusive Enso Center. Feel free to bring a friend or family member to empower each other while we learn to protect ourselves in a safe and judgment free environment. We'll also be offering food and drinks after our session! This event is free to ensure accessibility for all, though we suggest a $15 donation per person to cover venue, food and training costs.
We will be going over healthy boundaries before our class begins diving into Krav Maga. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions. :)
